Unsuccessful Potato Soufflé
Hello Lindsey..I have been cooking for a long time.married 68 years is many many meals.
Trouble is, I have three times cooked Delia's Leek, Cheese and Potato Souffle. and am not pleased. I end up with souffle set around the edges of the bow, and the center is like soup.! My oven temp is OK, I have a thermometer. I have made souffles many times but this is the only unsuccessful one.. any help will be appreciated.

Help with the marzipan on the wedding cake
I’m making Delia’s rich fruit cake for a wedding it’s a 10” square. I boiled the apricot jam and covered the top of the cake , rolled out the marzipan and cut out the top piece which wasn’t big enough so I lifted it off and kneaded it again and rolled it out again and added more marzipan, it was a bit sticky and there were a few bits of cake that I picked most off, I’m very worried now that the marzipan will have been contaminated and may cause sickness. , can you advise me urgently as the wedding is very soon.

Have tried Delia's simple loaf recipe. The loaves turned out OK but the preparation when mixing the flour with the water still sticks to the side of the bowl. Should I add a lot more water or what?
Dipping lasagne sheets in cold water!
Do I need to put fresh lasagne sheets in cold water before using?

Cooking beancakes and chickpea cakes after freezing
Hello Lindsey
Having frozen Blackeyed Bean Cakes and also Spiced Chickpea cakes, how should both these recipes be cooked, i.e. from frozen or defrosted first?
