Hi Lindsey. I want to make Delia's French bread with wholemeal flour. Can I just substitute strong white for strong wholemeal?

We haven’t tried this recipe with Wholemeal flour. Yes I think strong flour is best and I’d probably do half and half white and Wholemeal.
Wholemeal flour will absorb more liquid.
