Sinking Chocolate Fudge Cake

Hi! I've made Delia's wholewheat chocolate fudge cake twice now and both times the cake has fallen alarmingly in the middle and the what's left in the middle is soft and squidgy. It all tastes great, but where am I going wrong?

· Too much baking powder
