Yes this is something I would do.
Make as per the recipe, cool and then store in a covered dish in the fridge.
Then either reheat at 180C (160C fan) for about 15 minutes if you want to serve them hot or remove them from the fridge about an hour or so ahead if you’re serving them cold.
