With Mother's Day and Easter on the horizon this month, we have put together a special menu that serves 6 people, perfect for hosting guests or feeding family and friends.
Start off with a luxurious recipe of Souffled Sole Creams with Champagne Sauce and Salmon Caviar, a dish that Delia says is 'Blissfully easy and all of it can be prepared in advance'. For our main course, Traditional Roast Chicken with Apple, Sage and Onion Stuffing, Cranberry and Sage Sauce, and Chicken Giblet Gravy, only needing vegetables and roast potatoes to serve. And don't forget to save room for dessert - Dairy Cream with a Compote of Blueberries in Marsala, this is best made the day before and you can make it either in one jelly mould or 6 individual pudding pots.
