Seek out ingredients currently in season to make our menu for April.
Hopefully we will see fresh, UK asparagus shortly, and our starter only needs a quick steam and some home made Hollandaise for a total taste sensation. Fresh salmon fillets are seared and served with a puy lentil salsa that's best made a few days in advance. Finally a dessert that not only gets Delia's number one vote for using rhubarb, but she says is perfect for an elegant supper or family Sunday lunch.
