Making a larger Gratin Dauphinois for 4 people

Hi Lindsey!
I have made Delia's Gratin Dauphinois many times, it is lovely. Her recipe serves 3-4 but I'd like to make it for 4 hungry people, how much should I increase the ingredients and what size dish would you recommend please?
